N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Fargo Davies senior Lexi Bolstad is making progress in her recovery after suffering a severe brain injury on August 4.

Bolstad moved out of ICU on Tuesday and has been fitted with a helmet and is becoming more aware after waking up from her coma. Family members say Lexi will have to be transferred to a specialized rehab center being there are no facilities for that in Fargo.

Lexi’s grandparents are Ellen & the late Ken Bolstad and Joe & Diana Scherr of Valley City. The family is asking for your prayers and support.
