(NewsDakota.com)  The Cardinals kicked of their season at home against rival Harvey/Wells County last night.  Carrington moved from Division 2AA to 1A this year after Pingree/Buchanan/Kensal cooped with Griggs Barnes County.  The Cards came out strong and beat the Hornets 24-12. 

The game originally was set for a 7pm start time, but due to the excessive heat, it was moved to 8pm.
