(NewsDakota.com)- The high school football season for Jamestown High will kick-off tonight when the Jays travel to Grand Forks to take on Central. Jamestown went 2-7 last year under first-year head coach Tim Fletcher.
The Knights won this meeting last year 16-14 when the scored twice within 90 seconds midway through the third quarter to turn a 14-0 deficit into a 16-14 lead. Those scores came directly off of Jamestown turnovers, which Fletcher hopes to correct into the new season.
The kick-off tonight is scheduled for 7pm at Cushman Field in Grand Forks. Pregame show at 6:40pm on 1400 KQDJ and NewsDakota.com.
