N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An altercation broke out on the shoulder of I-94 just 4 miles east of Casselton, North Dakota.

The driver, Cole Neset and his passenger, Brian Peterson, were traveling Eastbound when an argument broke out between them. Neset stopped the vehicle and demanded Peterson get out. Peterson stated he would not get out and became upset at Neset. The argument escalated into a physical fight.

Both Neset (30) and Peterson (50) were cited with disorderly conduct pending review from the Cass County State’s Attorney Office.

Both men are from Fargo, North Dakota.
