I talked with Martin and Tony of the Jamestown Academy of Mixed Martial Arts about their upcoming program “Fight Like A Girl!” program. It is a free women’s defense seminar that they will be doing Saturday August 24th from 2 pm to 5 pm at the Jamestown Civic Center.
