N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Corey and Jodi Bayer have been in the property business for roughly 14 years. They are now expanding their services by becoming a dealer of Wisconsin Homes Inc.
Marvel Homes, owned by Corey and Jodi Bayer, was brought to Jamestown to help with housing in the area. They been considering home building for a while and were just waiting for the right time. With markets improving recently, they took the opportunity to start selling modular homes.
“Wisconsin Homes Inc. can build great modular homes.” Corey Bayer said
“The great thing about modular homes is prices are set when you order them and the time frame is much quicker. You don’t have to rely on the subcontractors or the general contractor for that matter in order to get the work done in a timely manner.”
According to Corey, a big chunk of the construction of each home is done in a controlled environment. Then, a third party that is not associated with Wisconsin Homes Inc. comes in and inspects everything in the home to make sure they are being build to meet the national building code.
Marvel Homes new office will be located North of the hospital across the interstate. They plan on having a display home before winter of this year.
“We want people to come view the quality craftsmanship that will come with each built home. Our display homes won’t necessarily be for sale, but the customer can take the exact floor plan and build the home they want to their specifications.” Corey said.
Marvel Homes plans to have their new office open by the beginning of November. They are also teaming up with Dakota Central to have extended open house so customers can go out past business hours to view the homes.
