N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Farmers in east-central North Dakota now have an expanded one-stop shop for all their farm needs. Titan Machinery is opening a new 78,000-square-foot complex July 30th just south of Interstate-94 exit 256. The new facility is only about 2 miles from the old store, but has much better access to major highways for hauling large farm equipment.
“We were maxed out at the old location,” says store manager Tom Hausmann. “Technicians had to work in tough outdoor conditions in the spring to get customer units out for planting and the parts guys were traveling to three separate warehouses, so this new building is really exciting for them and for our customers.”
The new state-of-the-art shop area is twice as large as the old shop, and Hausmann says customers will see decreased turn-around times for equipment being serviced. “Machinery and farms are getting bigger, and with the new store, we will have the space needed to grow right along with our customers.”
Titan Machinery-Jamestown customers can expect a wider variety of parts in one location, more service options, and an Expo Room for customer and community events. In addition to award-winning service, the Case IH and New Holland dealership has a large selection of agricultural equipment in stock, with access to all Titan Machinery inventories extending from northern Minnesota to southwestern Nebraska.
Hausmann adds, “Our lot is also much bigger and on a hill, so you can look at machinery year-around without worrying about the mud like at the old place.”
