N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Keith Michael Disbrow has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee from the Office of the Attorney General.

Mr. Disbrow was convicted of gross sexual imposition. Over the course of two years, Disbrow molested two girls who were 7-9 years old and 9-11 years old.

Force and threats were used to make the victims comply. He was convicted in October of 2001. Disbrow is not wanted by police at this time and is currently serving the sentence imposed by the court.

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Printed handouts of Mr. Disbrow’s photo and demographics are available at the Jamestown Police Department.

Mr. Disbrow is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation and has been placed on GPS monitoring.
