N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A body that may be connected to a Bismarck homicide investigation has been recovered in Popular, Montana.
Deputy Police Chief Randy Ziegler says the autopsy will identify whether the body is that of John Swain of Bismarck. Theo Crowe has been charged with murder in the case although the body had not yet been recovered.

Crowe is being held in Williston on an unrelated charge. He has not yet made his initial appearance on the murder charge.
Several items were recovered from a garbage can where Crowe had been staying. The owner of the house said she found signs of an assault.
