(NewsDakota.com) For the second time in as many contests, the LaMoure Post 19 American Legion baseball team shut out the Oakes Post 36 Legion team; this time on Monday night in LaMoure, and this time with a much larger victory; 11-0 in five innings.

LaMoure scored the first run of the game in the bottom of the first, then added another five runs in each the second and third innings; both times with five hits. 

Beau Diegal was solid on the mound for Post 19 (5-1 Section 2). He only allowed two hits, while striking out seven. The first three men in the batting order for LaMoure were a combined 7 for 9 with four doubles and five runs scored. 

Cole Kelly took the loss for the Post 36 (1-4), who once again were shorthanded with starters either away or injured. The two hits came from Cole Ehrlin and Carter Zetocha. In the last two games, Post 36 has been shutout 16-0, and has been outscored by Post 19 by the same margin.
