CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Barnes County Emergency Manager Kim Franklin said residents with flood damage are encouraged to report it to the emergency manager at 845-6678. The line will operate 24/7 so just leave a message on the recorder if’s after hours and they will get back to you.

American Red Cross Clean up kits are available Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm at the Barnes County Highway Department office of Emergency Manager Kim Franklin. She said if there is a need to have kits distributed on Saturday she will notify the public what hours she’ll be at the Highway Department office.
