(NewsDakota.com) Dickey County Emergency Management will host a Field Day  on Saturday from noon until 6 p.m. at the Dickey County Highway Department in Ellendale.

Among the events scheduled are demonstrations of radio communications between emergency agencies, training of community emergency response teams, border security members from North Dakota’s northern counties, and the latest equipment and technonlogy being used by emergency personnel. 

John Paul Martin from the National Weather Service office in Bismarck will also be in attendance for SKYWARN training which focuses on summer severe weather.
