N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A man faces charges of terrorizing after he allegedly fired shots from a handgun inside a rural Oriska home Tuesday night.

Barnes County Sheriff Randy McClaflin and several deputies arrested Neil Stubstad of rural Oriska. McClaflin says no one was shot or injured in the incident.
