N.D. (AP) – A 19-year-old woman who pleaded guilty to five counts of conspiracy to commit robbery and one count of burglary has been sentenced to at least eight years in prison.

The Bismarck Tribune reports that Justice Lange, formerly of Carrington, acknowledged committing the robberies with a man who is more than twice her age.

Lange and 39-year-old Shane Wentz were accused of using a handgun to hold up the MainStay Suites and the Country West Shell on February 4th and burglarizing the Soaps and Suds Laundry. Wentz is scheduled for trial in June.

Lange said Friday that she doesn’t want to be locked up the rest of her life. Her attorney, Kent Morrow, said she was in a relationship with a much older man who had sway over her.
