(NewsDakota.com) After two days of rains that made Hendrickson Field in Enderlin unplayable, the Region I Baseball tournament will resume Wednesday afternoon.

The teams remaining, LaMoure-Litchville/Marion, Enderlin/Maple Valley, Northern Cass and Central Cass should all be well rested as games in the tournament have not taken place since Saturday.

Action will resume Wednesday with LLM going up against EMV in a loser-out contest at 4 p.m. The winner will then face Northern Cass 30 minutes after, also in a loser-out scenario.

The one team left standing will face Central Cass on Thursday, and would need to defeat the Squirrels twice to win the Region and advance to the State Class B Baseball Tournament in Mandan next week.
