Mildred “Millie” Ziegeldorf, age 79, of Carrington, ND, died Thursday, May 16, 2013, at Carrington Health, Carrington.

     Mildred Hager was born on March 8, 1934, the daughter of Reinhold and Amelia (Kolb) Hager in Carrington. She was raised and attended school in Carrington.

     On July 18, 1975, Millie was united in marriage to Herbert Ziegeldorf. They lived in Carrington where Millie worked as a bartender at Chieftain Lounge for many years. Herbert died August 11, 1975.

     She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and American Legion Auxiliary in Carrington. Millie enjoyed helping with bingo at Golden Acres Manor, tending her yard, watching rodeo on TV, and loved her dog, Rocky and cat, Taffy.

     Millie is survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and step brothers and sisters.

     Her Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Grace Lutheran Church, Carrington, ND.

     Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 9:00 AM – 12 Noon at Evans Funeral Home, Carrington.

     Burial will be at Carrington Cemetery.
