Jacob Smith Age 62 of Coon Rapids, Minnesota passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.

Daniel was born June 25, 1950 in Gackle North Dakota, the Son of the late Esther(Herrmann) and George Smith of Alfred, North Dakota.

He attended Alfred Schools and graduated from Gackle HS.

He entered the Army and served in the Vietnam War.

Daniel is survived by his wife Pam, Children, Shaun (grandson Kash), Tyler(Tiffany Maidson), Breann (Adam Stegora); 1 brother Jerry, 5 sisters, Patricia, Connie (Wesley Schlecht), Janice (LeRoy Daml), Adella (LeRoy Zeller), Beverly (Bob Smith), Aunt Voneda Stiewe, many nieces, nephews, family members and friends

Burial – Alfred Cemetery, Alfred, ND
