CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Kristen Bear, RN, BSN, CLC, at City-County Health District in Valley City recently completed the Certified Lactation Counseling training program.

Bear is now able to provide evidence-based and effective counseling for pregnant, lactating and breastfeeding women.
