CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Quiana Steele of Valley City was selected as the Region VIII Head Start Association nominee for the Head Start Parent-Post Secondary Education award. Quiana a mother of two, Girl Scout leader and soccer coach is a student at Valley City State University. She served on the Community Action Region VI, Head Start Policy Council for the 2011-2012 term.
