CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) 3 men face charges of burglary and theft of property stemming from a break-in on February 21 at the Dito Bar in Sanborn.

Barnes County Sheriff Randy McClaflin said 19-year-old Trevor A. Peterson of Jamestown was arrested Thursday. McClaflin said a warrant for the arrest of 21-year-old Eric Gahner of Jamestown and 25-year-old Ryan M. Lindquist of Bottineau was issued on Thursday.

McClaflin said the 3 men face a Class C felony Burglary charge and a misdemeanor charge of Theft of Property in this incident.

The 3 men allegedly broke into a Sanborn bar and grabbed booze and cigarettes on February 21.
