(NewsDakota.com) North Dakota District 26 State Senator Democrat Jim Dotzenrod says the ongoing debate about abortion legislation, and the subsequent bills that are presently moving through the State House and Senate have placed the state government into new terriotry.

Dotezenrod, who spoke on KDDR’s Mid Week Focus on Wednesday, says North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple hasn’t shown him or any of his legislative colleagues any signs on what actions the governor will take regarding bills on the matter than are set to reach his desk.

A joint legislative forum featuring representatives from Districts 24 and 26 is scheduled for Saturday March 30 at 9 a.m. at the Ransom County Courthouse Community Room, and at 11:30 a.m. representatives are set to meet with Ransom County Township officers at the Lisbon Eagles.
