N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Two Anti-Abortion measures passed by a wide margin in the North Dakota Senate Friday but 5 state senators were absent from the vote including Valley City state Senator Larry Robinson.

He said he was not present for the vote due to a previously scheduled business obligation. Robinson said he would have supported one measure but was leaning toward not supporting the other.

Robinson said he’s a pro-life supporter but both measures had restrictions that will be challenged in the courts.
