N.D. (NewsDakota.com) University System Chancellor Ham Shirvani says he feels vindicated. That, after University System chief legal counsel Claire Holloway presented the results of an investigation into allegations brought to the board by the student member of the board. The allegations included violations of the state’s open meetings law and failure to follow board policies. Holloway’s conclusion: the allegations are unfounded.

Shirvani said it appears to him some people inside the system as well as some outsiders are frightened of the changes being implemented in the system.
