N.D. (AP) – Budget analysts say the North Dakota state legislative session costs taxpayers ,000 a day, which comes to about .6 million over an 80-day session.

Recently, a proposal has been introduced that would add another 40 days to the session, and analysts say that would bump the cost by $2.6 million.
