LAKE, N.D. (AP) – Community leaders in the Ramsey County city of Devils Lake think North Dakota’s 11th-largest city should have a convention center.

A $25,000 study has been authorized by the city commission and the cost will be split by the city’s economic development organization and a local tourism committee.
