N.D. (AP and NewsDakota.com) – North Dakota lawmakers have finished the first half of the 2013 Legislature and are beginning a five-day break.
Senate Republican majority leader Rich Wardner of Dickinson spoke to senators just before Thursday’s adjournment, saying it’s been a productive session so far.
Legislators will take Friday, Monday and Tuesday off for what is called Crossover.
