(NewsDakota.com)- There will be four bids to the national tournament on the line this weekend at the Jamestown Civic Center. Twelve teams from around the country will take part in the A.I.I. National Qualifying tournament, six men and six women’s teams. 

The women’s side Jamestown College leads the field as the top-seed which means they will get a bye in the opening round and will have to win just once to get the National Tournament. Mayville State is the No. 2-seed they also received a bye.

Rochester (MI) is the men’s top-seed with Valley City State picking up the other bye.

All of the tournament games will be broadcast across the Dakota Country radio network beginning at 12:45pm on Friday afternoon and continuing through the final buzzer on Sunday. 

There will also be a coaches show which will run in the mornings on 1400 KQDJ during the tournament. Friday it will be from 9am-10am the following two days from 9:30am-10:30am.
