(NewsDakota.com)- The Jamestown Blue Jays had a record-setting regular season and now the hardware is starting to roll in. A school-record 17 win season led Jamestown to placing four players on the All-WDA team and earning head coach Brad Schaack Coach of the Year honors.

Amber Schaack, Brenna Pritchert, Steph Kamlitz and goalie Carissa Finck were selected from Jamestown to represent the Jays. Schaack, who is on her way to play collegiate at Concordia-Moorhead, is sixth in the state in points with 39 goals and 10 assists. Her 39 goals is third in the state.

It is the fourth selection for Schaack and the first for the other three Blue Jays.

Finck has great in net all season run stopping 91% of the shots she has faced. Opponents are scoring 2.44 goals per game against Finck. She scored her first career goal with just second remaining in the teams final home game against Dickinson.

Kamlitz’s 29 points are good enough for 13th in the state in scoring, 15 goals and 14 assists.

Pritchert has helped take some of the pressure off of Finck with her play on the blue line. She has also scored seven goals on the season.

Jamestown will play Thursday in the No. 4/No. 5 matchup at the state tournament in Grand Forks vs. Fargo South/Davies.
