CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Tillie Martin was told by her boss that there was a meeting she needed to attend at work. When Martin got to Vicky’s Viking Room where she works as a waitress she was shocked to receive an award for her daily service to customers in the community.

The Valley City Area Chamber Ambassadors presented Tillie Martin with her award inside Vicky’s Viking Room. Martin thanked the group and those who nominated her for the “Customer Service Award. Martin also works at Sanford Clinic in Valley City.
