M.N. (NewsDakota.com) Police arrested a man today after he was caught burning plastic off copper wire in a city park in Moorhead.

28-year-old Scott Bakke of the Cooperstown area was arrested for possession of burglary tools. Moorhead police are still investigating to determine whether the copper was stolen.

And there has been no word yet on whether this incident or man is linked to the Barnes County copper wire burning story that ran on newsdakota.com on Wednesday.
