CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The statewide smoke free law has been in place for nearly two weeks and so far, there have been few complaints about compliance issues associated with the new North Dakota law.
Valley City Administrator David Schelkoph said additional signage for area businesses is on the way.
Valley City Mayor Bob Werkhoven said the only controversial part of the law is trying to comply with that 20-foot rule away from entrances and exits.
Barnes County businesses that need signage should contact City-County Health at 845-8518.
