Finck did allow her first goal of the season after posting back-to-back shutouts. With the game tied 1-1 heading into overtime, Schaack went coast to coast to put away the winning goal. The goal was assisted by Steph Kamlitz and Brenna Preitchert.
The Jays are coming off a school record 13 win season and a fifth place finish at state are off to a 3-0 start.
They will host Fargo South on Thursday at Wilson Arena. That game will be broadcast on 1400 KQDJ and streamed on NewsDakota.com.
