CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Barnes County Assistant State’s Attorney Brad Cruff was easily elected to a judgeship post in the southeast district of North Dakota.

With 64 of 79 precincts reported Cruff received 60 percent of the vote to defeat incumbent Richard Grosz who had 39 percent. Cruff had 17,041 votes while Grosz had 11,187.
