CITY (NewsDakota.com) – The Hi-Liner football team will begin its playoff run with a late-afternoon game Saturday, Oct. 27 in Minot.

The time for Valley City’s first round playoff game was made official Thursday. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. in Minot. Valley City athletic director Dan Larson says in an email that the game will be played at Herb Parker Stadium on the campus of Minot State.

Valley City is the No. 4 seed from the East Region. Minot Ryan is the top seed from the West. The game is scheduled to be broadcast on TED 98.3/102.7 FM. Pregame will start about 4 p.m.

A charter fan bus will be going to the game from Valley City. Cost is $30 per person, all ages welcome. Departure time is yet to be decided. For more information or to sign up, call Kerry Brock at 701-840-3274.
