(NewsDakota.com) At their regular monthly meeting for the month of October, the Ellendale City Council swore in two members to fill seats recently vacated.

Richard Reis and Troy Schilling were named to fill the seats left by Craig Martin and Gene Williams. 

Martin and Williams announced their resignations at last month’s Council meeting, and  resigned on September 15th. Williams announced he was moving out of the state for six months, and Martin now lives outside the city limits.
