CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Valley City and Barnes County may have reached a tentative agreement over a new 9-1-1 contract for dispatchers.

Valley City mayor Bob Werkhoven said,”real progress was made Thursday during a 2 hour joint city/county meeting.”

Werkhoven said more details on the tentative resolution will be released later pending city and county approval by their respective boards.
