CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A Florida man walked into the Law Enforcement Center in Valley City Sunday to ask a question and found himself in jail a few minutes later.

Police ran a check on 20-year-old Manuel Lopez and discovered he was wanted on a warrant for grand theft auto in Florida.

Meanwhile, a 45-year-old Fargo woman was arrested east of Valley City for DUI after another motorist reported that a vehicle drove into the ditch twice Saturday afternoon shortly after 12:30pm. No injuries were reported.
