(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Arts Center is holding its second annual Oktoberfest on Saturday at the Stutsman County Fairgrounds.

The all-day event features family fun, a homemade beer contest and plenty of food and Oktoberfest style beers. Tickets are available at the Jamestown Arts Center or at www.jamestownarts.com. All proceeds from Oktoberfest go to support programming at The Jamestown Arts Center.

Family fun events run from noon to 5 p.m. The homemade beer contest/tasting runs from 3 to 5 p.m., and will feature an award for People’s Choice.

The Oktoberfest event runs from 5 to 8 p.m., and your ticket includes food, samples of 10 different varieties of German or Oktoberfest style beer, and a glass beer stein.
