(NewsDakota.com)  The Midkota Mustangs traveled to Carrington Tuesday night for a battle of District 7 teams.  Midkota swept the Cardinals 3-0 (25-17, 27-25, 26-24).  Carrington drops to 17-4 overall, 2-1 in the District, Midkota improves to 17-1 overall on the season. 

Carrington had 25 kills in the match, led by Madison Wendel and Kayla Hochhalter with six a piece.  Five aces total, Wendel had two.  Stuff blocks were led by Breanna Barton with three, five total for the team.  The Cardinals served 91% for the night, 60 of 66.  Setting assists were led by Josey Page with nine.

Kelly Frappier for Midkota had 8 kills, 17 digs and 2 blocks.
