Nancy Tougas is described by her co-workers as a loyal and dedicated Communication Specialist working for the Valley City/Barnes County 9-1-1 dispatch center since 1990.

Tougas was one of the longest serving dispatchers and will be truly missed by her co-workers. She says she’s looking forward to having a few more weekends and holidays off with her new job at the “Open Door Center” in Valley City.
