(NewsDakota.com) The Oakes High School volleyball team continued their strong start to the 2012 season, as they headed to LaMoure on Tuesday night and swept away the Loboes in three games. 

The Tornadoes stormed through the three games against their opponent from District 5 by scores of 25-22, 25-6 and 25-13, and have not lost a match, tournaments notwithstanding, since being swept by the Kindred Vikings to start the year back on August 25.

Oakes will try to make it five wins in a row as they return to District 1 play to battle Fairmount-Campbell-Tintah on Thursday night in Fairmount.
