(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is notifying the public of a high risk registered sex offender now living in town.

24-year-old Nicholas Allen Harding is living at 610 14th Street Northeast #4. He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee. He is not wanted by police and has served the sentence imposed by the court.

In 2010, Harding was convicted of Corruption of a Minor for sending sexually explicit test messages to a 16-year-old girl. In 2007, he was convicted of Possession of Material and Permit Obscene Performance by Minor after authorities found naked photos of a 16-year-old girl on his cell phone.

Harding is described as a 5-foot-11 white male weighing 215 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. Printed handouts are available at the Jamestown Police Department. More information on registered offenders is available at www.sexoffender.nd.gov.
