(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Fire Department responded to a report of smoke coming out of an apartment in northeast Jamestown on Wednesday afternoon.

Firefighters responding to the scene quickly distinguished a small fire in a potted plant holder which contained smoking materials. The pot was on the balcony of a second-floor apartment.
