CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A 47-year-old Valley City man faces charges following an act of road rage on the VCSU campus last night.

Police say the man intentionally backed his vehicle into a car after he mistakenly thought his girlfriend was with another man. The man faces resisting arrest and DUI charges. The victim’s vehicle was severely damaged in the incident. No injuries reported.
