(NewsDakota.com) The City of Oakes has announced than another construction project has begun on East Main Avenue and areas north of Main Avenue which will affect the roads as well as water and sewer lines, as the community continues its work on it’s infrastructure overhaul.

The City notes in a press release that as usual, the crews working on the projects will work with residents for access to homes and planned water shut-offs. 

In addition, garbage pickup will remain the same unless the street becomes impassable.
