CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Several charges are pending against a Minot man after a number of callers said his vehicle was swerving on Interstate 94 west of Valley City and came to rest in the median.

The 35-year-old man faces charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and child endangerment. The man’s 11-year-old daughter was a passenger in the vehicle. She was taken to a foster care home until the girls mother can pick her up.
