CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) There should be no problem getting flood insurance for anyone interested in purchasing the City Auditorium in Valley City also known as the Audi.

City Commissioner Matt Pederson says a number of prospective buyers have expressed an interest in buying the facility. But he says many are wondering what the city’s wishes are with the building as they focus on permanent flood protection.

Pederson says the issue was discussed during a recent Valley City Flood Task Force meeting. Officials with the Valley Development Corporation are being tight lipped about any prospective buyers and their proposed plans for the building.
