N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The North Dakota Department of Transportation would like to remind residents they have the option to register to become an organ and tissue donor either at a Drivers License testing site or on the Department’s website at http://www.dot.nd.gov/public/licensing.htm.

This program is open to any North Dakota resident, 14 years of age or older, who holds a valid North Dakota drivers license, permit or identification card.
