CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Law enforcement agencies throughout the state including the Barnes County Sheriff’s Office and the Valley City Police Department are conducting an increased seat belt enforcement or “Click It or Ticket” campaign now through July 21.

In 2011, 71 percent of individuals killed in motor vehicle crashes in North Dakota were not wearing their seat belts.
