CITY, ND (NewsDakota.com) Charges are pending against a 25-year-old Valley City man after he allegedly jumped across a bar to attack the bartender who told him to leave the business early this morning.

Police were called to the Broken Spoke Bar around midnight in Valley City. The man was arrested a short time later at the VFW Club. The incident remains under investigation.
